I follow a strict routine, waking at sparrow and enjoy Super Bircher Muesli from a Neil’s cookery book with a strong coffee or English tea. I have a fascination with Penfolds champagne and fine wines to celebrate milestones. I keep informed of world news reading the Economist and watching BBC & CNN.
