A Penfolds favourite of mine is Bin 389! The exemplary service in Cartier boutique is suited to champion fine dining at Chef Neil Perry’s world-award winning Margaret and Rockpool Bar & Grill. I follow a strict routine, waking at sparrow with Super Bircher Muesli from Neil’s cookery book and a strong coffee or English tea. I have a fascination with Penfolds champagne and fine wines to celebrate milestones. I keep informed of world news reading the Economist, watching BBC & CNN.
